Brand-new rooms and excellant co-operating stuff - exceptionally comfortable hotel. Magnificent and marvellous location, 27 minutes' drive from Novo Alexeyevka airport. Amazing restaurants onsite.

The location was exceptionally nice, so close to places to eat and the nearest metro station, lots of stores in the area, and the private parking was an excellent bonus. There were a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and an individual safe in the room, liked that.

The rooms here are spacious, modern, and equipped with amenities like an electric kettle and a refrigerator, with a great view of the mountains, and the staff is attentive and accommodating to all requests.

Good value for money, convenient location, helpful staff, clean room, great water pressure, professional service.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, always making sure that my needs were met. The restaurant on-site was absolutely lovely, and the breakfast served there was simply awesome. The hotel itself was very clean, and even when it was cold outside, the heating system kept me warm and cozy. The rooms were beautifully designed with expensive materials, and the view from the 5th floor was absolutely breathtaking. I was very impressed with the comfort and quality services provided by this hotel.

I only had one small issue during my stay. The breakfast was not served promptly as the cook arrived late at 11 am.

The room design was lovely and the service was good. I particularly enjoyed the comfortable bed and the fact that we were granted a top floor room. the hotel was conveniently located close to the metro station and there were plenty of stores in the vicinity.

The room could have been cleaner. There was an old toothbrush left in the bathroom, which was not pleasant.

My family and I enjoyed our stay in the hotel; its location was perfect to easily access many attractions and stores. We appreciated the clean and spacious room with panoramic windows that allowed natural light to fill the room. The bathroom was quite compact, but everything worked perfectly and kept clean at all times. The staff were professional, friendly, and bilingual, offering excellent service and support to ensure our comfortable stay.

There was a slight odor in the room that was unpleasant at times.

The hotel had a great restaurant and the breakfast was awesome. the staff was very friendly and tactful. the hotel was very clean and there was cleaning every day. the hotel had a good soundproofing system and the heating worked well, which kept us warm even when it was cold outside. the hotel also had an elevator which was very convenient.

, Including the fact that the hotel did not supply water bottles or tea bags. they did not change the towels every day.

I had a great experience at this hotel. The staff were friendly and spoke multiple languages. The location was convenient; there were a lot of stores nearby and the metro station was only a five-minute walk away. The room was always clean, and I appreciated that the doors were kept closed at night for security. The bathroom, while small, was well-maintained and the water pressure was consistently good.

Nothing not to love.

The room at Bg Palace had a refreshing and pleasant scent throughout our stay. We enjoyed the balcony, which offered beautiful views and a peaceful retreat. The location was convenient with a short walk to the metro station and plenty of nearby stores. The staff were attentive and spoke both English and Russian. The room was always clean and the bathroom, though compact, had excellent water pressure.

Water bottles were not provided and the room was not made up daily. Additionally, there was a lack of tea bags and towels were not changed regularly.
